My
wife and I watched the Breaking Dawn movie last Saturday. And it got me
thinking if Innistrad's R&D team, were somehow influenced by
the Twilight saga? I mean with all these vampires and werewolves
creatures in the set? Be it coincidental or not, it'll certainly be the
theme of the Innistrad Block deck, that I'm currently using. :)
Deck List by xMiMx
Excited with the new Innistrad block format and without any playtest. I found myself queued to an ISD Block Con 4-RND.
Nov 13 - ISD Block Con 4-RND
Round 1: Won against danilo1997, playing Blue/Red/Green Control (2-1)
Round 2: Lost to Deku_the_evil_clown,
playing White/Red Humans (0-2)
Round 3: Won against rodeo, playing Red/Green Werewolves (2-0)
Round 4: Lost to IBLO304, playing Green/White Tokens (0-2)
Nov 14 - ISD Block Con 4-RND (see deck list here, ranked 6th)
Round 1: Won against guminzhao, playing Red/Green Werewolves (2-1)
Round 2: Lost to IBLO304, playing Green/White Tokens (1-2)
Round 3: Won against larsen, playing Green/White Werewolves (2-0)
Round 4: Won against asadabao, playing Blue/Red/Green Control (2-1)
Even
in Innistrad Block, the Green/White Tokens are still a force to be
reckoned. I'll love to use the said deck in the future. That's and if I
can find a way to shell-out a 100 tickets, for
Garruk Relentless's play set!? Hehehe.
For the mean time, I have to make do with my Budget Deck.
May the MtGO shuffler and best draws be with you. But, if it's the other way around, don't be a "cry baby". ;p
